Total - 12900 for 9 hours working.
After 2 months Training attendance n performance award :250 / Rs increment in Stipend
After 2 months 250/- Rs increase if his attendance + performance.
After 2 months 500 Rs increase directly if attendance + perfomence is good .
So after six months Trainees get in hand 13900 for 9 hours working .
Rest increment will done as per his performance .
12 th Pass : 10000
Fix Incentive :1200. For 1 hour overtime per day
500 rs attendance award
Night ALLOWANCE :200/
After 2 months 200 rs increase if attendance + performace is good .
After 2 months 200 rs increase if performance were good + attendance.
+After 2 months again 400 rs increase
So total in hand trainee will get - 12700/-
