Target Bonus %:

8% of Total Fixed Salary per annum, prorated in first year of employment based on days of service completed (Note: must be hired by 31 October of performance year). Individual bonus awards under the Bonus Plan are dependent upon First Solar’s business performance against pre-defined business objectives.

Statutory Leave / Vacations / Holidays:

·         Personal Leave: 21 working days (earned) and any holiday/Sat./Sun. as a prefix or suffix not counted in the total leave period

§   Accumulated Personal Leave: 30 days. Total accumulated leave can be cashed out in the case of leaving the organization.

§   Casual Leave: 7 days per year

§   Sick Leave: 15 days per year

§   Public Holidays: 14 per year (including 3 major festivals)

Other Benefits:

First Solar will meet the employer levels required by Indian law for the Provident Fund, Employees' State Insurance Act (ESI), and Employee Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme. These contributions will be capped at the mandated limits. The current contribution by the employer into the ESI is 3.75% of the Base Salary. Apart from this Accommodation, Food & Transportation is Provided on a Subsidized rate of 2500 Per month.

In addition, The company will provide for Group Insurance – Group medical

(For employee and immediate dependents), Group Accidental and Group Term Life.

Total CTC Per Annum:

Rs. 2,43,000.00
